双层竹杉地板的开发与工艺研究

摘要 针对目前各种竹地板的加工工艺繁杂、原材料利用率低、成本高昂等缺点,结合毛竹和杉木在我国南方种植面积大、蓄积量多的实际情况,研究开发了能充分发挥毛竹与杉木二者优点的非对称双层竹杉地板开发与加工工艺。对非对称结构的复合地板容易产生的翘曲变形问题作了深入分析,通过多次试验得出了制造双层竹杉地板的有效加工工艺流程及详细的工艺参数。该工艺大大地提高了地板的生产效率,降低了生产成本,同时也扩大了中高档地板生产的材料来源。 Aiming at the current bamboo floor shortcomings, such as complex processing, low raw materials utilization, high cost and combining the actuality of the bamboo Chinese fir which were planted with the large area and the most volume. It was researched and developed that the development and processing of the non-symmetric double layer bamboo Chinese fir floor. The warping distortion problem of the non-symmetric structure composite floor was made a deep analysis, and the effective processing technology and detailed technical parameters of the double layer bamboo Chinese fir floor manufacturers were obtained. This manufacturing process greatly increased the production efficiency and reduced production cost, and expanded the high and middle grade flooring material sources.
