玻璃酸钠治疗膝原发性骨关节炎的中期临床评估 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】探讨玻璃酸钠(SH)关节腔内注射对膝原发性骨关节炎的中期影响。【方法】将84例患者随机分为玻璃酸钠注射组(SH)个和物理治疗组(对照组),对两组患者治疗前后进行膝关节功能综合评分,并对68例随访患者分别于治疗后3个月、6个月、1年时评定疗效。【结果】治疗时间太短膝关节功能综合评分两组无统计学差异;随访结果疗效优良率SH组明显优于对照组。【结论】关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝原发性骨关节炎远期疗效持久、稳定。 [Objective] To study the effect of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate (SH) for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (OA). [Methods] 84 patients with OA were randomly divided into SH groups and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation group. The comprehensive function score of the knee joint were evaluated respectively before and after treatment. 68 patients were followed up at three months, Six months and one year after treatment. [Results] The comprehensive function score of the knee joint evaluated showed that there was no significantly different from two groups after five week's treatment SH group was better than confrol group in the excellent and good rate in six month and one year after treatment. [ Conclusions ] The metaphasic effect of SH is effective and steady in treating knee osteoarthritis.
