随着我国房产交易市场的不断活跃,针对我国目前房产中介行业信息化进程滞后的现状,提出了基于Web的跨地域房产中介管理信息系统的功能并论述了基于Web技术,互联网地理信息系统以及Hibernate等一系列技术支持下的实现过程。

As the constant active of Chinese house property deal market, in the light of the situation that the information process of Chinese house intermediary industry is backward, this article brings up the function of over-zone house property deal management information system and expounds the realization process based on Web, intemet geography information system and Hibernate technology.
