摘要
介绍了采用结构光彩色编码技术实现大型曲面测量的一种新方法。将由RGB三原色及其补色组成的彩色条纹进行组合,生成编码图案,并由投影仪投射到被测物体上。通过对摄像机拍摄的图像进行解码,获得物体的三维坐标。利用被测物体上的标志特征点,对物体进行分块测量。结合边缘检测及圆心检测确定分割线,对物体三维坐标进行分割、组合,实现了对大型曲面的三维测量。
This article introduces a kind of new method of adopting encoding structured light to measure the large curved surface. According to combination of RGB three primary colors and its complementary colors, it generates code pattern and uses them to cast to the object with digital projector. According to the camera, it acquires a map and 3D coordinates of the object can be obtained by decoding. Using the characteristic points of the object, it measure objects by pieces. Combination with edge detection and center of circle detection to make sure the cut-off line, using this line to cut and combine the 3D coordinates of object, it achieves the 3D measurement of large curved surface.
