Implement the Scientific Outlook on Development, Integrate Natural Resources and Environment——Prior Analysis and Research of Planning for the Sci-tech Innovative Pilot City Hefei’s Demonstration District

文章从合肥科技创新型试点市示范区规划与建设的背景、环境条件分析入手,以科学发展观为指导,突出资源与环境的整合利用,合理确定示范区的规划定位、发展战略、发展规模和空间布局结构等,以期为示范区下一步的规划和建设提供战略性的指导。

Set in the planning and construction for the soi-tech innovative pilot city Hefci＇s demonstration district, this paper discusses as how to work with the scientific outlook on development to give prominence to the integrating of natural resources and environment and to fix rationally the planning orientation, development strategy, scale and spatial layout. The author hopes it may provide strategic guidance to the following planning and construction of the demonstration district.
