摘要
根据武汉到广州铁路客运专线捞刀河特大桥的施工经验,在大桥基桩施工工艺上,采用新型德国宝峨公司生产的BG15型旋挖钻孔设备,进行基桩成孔施工,可以提高施工进度,减少质量隐患,是钻孔灌注桩质量保证的有效举措。
BG15 Rotary Drilling Rig, a new type manufactured by Bauer Maschinen GmbH, has been used in bored piling of Bridge Laodaohe along Passenger-dedicated Railway Wuhan-Guangzhou. Engineering practice shows that BG15 Rotary Drilling Rig improves the censtruetion progress and reduces quality deficiency and is the safeguard of the quality of bored piling.
