通过对BT模式及其在城市基础设施建设中应用的介绍,对BT项目实施过程中存在的代建方的各项风险进行了探讨和全面分析,论述了参与BT模式对施工企业发展的重要意义。
Through the introduction to the definition of BT model and its application in urban infrastructure construction, the various risks that the construction agent may have under this model are approached and analyzed systematically, the great significance for the construction enterprise to participate in BT model is presented in the paper.
