摘要
只有对学生有真诚的爱心,有足够的耐心,在德育工作中见微知著、察近料远、显形晓表、处处细心,才能做好班主任工作。爱心、耐心、细心是教育好学生的重要条件。
The significance of teachers＇ benevolence, concern and carefulness in moral education of students was discussed, and the concrete measures to work were put forward in this paper.
