摘要
对聚酯界区压力控制原理进行分析,结合直纺短丝、长丝实际状况,通过优化操作,保证日常运转中界区压力平稳;采取有效措施,应对突发异常,减小界区压力波动,避免发生熔体泵联锁停泵。
The control principle of the polyester boundary region pressure was analysed. Combination with the actual situation of direct spinning staple and filament, through optimization the operation, stable boundary region pressure was ensured in daily operation. Effective measures were taken to deal with the sudden abnormal. The pressure fluctuation of the boundary region was decreased. The melt pump interlock stopping was avoided.
