介绍了涤纶短纤维生产中降低油剂单耗的对策和方法,如:杜绝跑、冒、滴、漏,从过滤方式入手减少泄漏,增加托槽,调整油水混合比例等。油剂单耗由0.81 kg降低到0.743 kg。
Some countermeasures and methods of decreasing the finish yester staple were introduced. For example, putting an end to the oil 1 specific consumption in the production of poleakage, reducing the leakage starting with the filtration mode, adding the bracket, adjusting the oil-water mixed ratio. The finish specific consumption was decreased from0. 81 kg to0. 743 kg.
