铸造高铬耐磨钢 ZGCr17Mo2 的研究

试验研制的高铬耐磨钢ＺＧＣｒ１７Ｍｏ２经１０５０℃油淬、２００℃回火空冷处理后，ＨＲＣ＞５７、σｂｂ＞２０００ＭＰａ、αｋ＝４～５Ｊ／ｃｍ２。研制钢在具有高硬度、高抗弯强度的同时，又具有不锈钢的特性，不但可承受冲击载荷，也可在腐蚀磨损的环境下工作，能广泛用于电厂、石油和化工设备中受磨损及腐蚀的部件。

High chromium wear resistant steel ZGCr17Mo2 which tested and developed after 1050℃ oil quenching and 200℃ air cool,HRC>57,σ bb >2000MPa,α k=4～5J/cm 2 This steel have high hardness and high bending strength,at the same time,have the characleristics of stainless steel,not only can bear cmpact load,but also can use under corrasion wear conditions,it can use widely for the wear and corrosion parts of the power plant、petroleum and chemical technology equipments,it is a new type cast wear resistant steel and have good prospect.
