植物特有的TDY类丝裂原活化蛋白激酶研究综述 被引量:3

摘要 丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated protein kinase,MAPK),是一组可以被多种细胞外信号激活的蛋白丝/苏氨酸激酶,含有TDY基序的一类MAPK,在植物中存在,为植物所特有。它们有60~80个氨基酸的N端KD区,有些具有C端CD区作为MAPKK、磷酸酶和底物蛋白的停泊位点。TDY类MAPK功能主要与各种环境胁迫相关,如机械性伤害、紫外线胁迫、H2O2胁迫及重金属胁迫等。TDY类相对于其他MAPK在进化上是相对独立的,并且具有多个起源。
