摘要
提出用生产上一个较长周期分析数据的平均值和标准差表达玻璃原料的晶质及波动的概念,并基于此概念对13个典型石灰石矿的化学成分品质进行了统计分析,基本代表了我国石灰石原料质量的现状,其结论对于制定技术标准、控制玻璃生产以及选择石灰石的加工工艺均具有指导意义。
The author proposed that the average values and standard deviations of the data obtained from long term running should be taken as the indication of quality and fluctuation of glass raw materials . Quality statistical analysis of chemical composition of 13 representative limestone ores was conducted and the statistical figures fit perfectly with the actual status of domestic limestone . The conclusions reached in the paper are the guidance of drawing up technical standard, controlling glass production and selecting process of limestone.
