结合公司生产实际,根据特种硅质热补料性能特点,针对玻璃窑炉长期受高温碱蒸气侵蚀,碹顶出现坍塌的危急情况,及时研究制订了科学合理的热修补方案,延长了窑炉使用寿命,取得了较好的经济效果。

On the basis of the features of silicious hot repair material and practice of the author＇s company this paper formulated a scientific and reasonable hot repair plan to hold the emergency of arch collapse resulting from attacking by alkaline vapor , which prolong the life of furnace and achieve good economic effect.
