摘要
从我国商业地产运营的问题分析入手,系统探讨了商业地产运营的特点和4种商业地产运营模式,并提出了商业地产运营的具体实施策略。
Starting from analyzing the problem of Chinese commercial real estate operation, this paper probes into the features of commercial real estate operation and four models of commercial real estate operation, and advances some concrete implementing strategies for commercial real estate operation.
