摘要
以阳高县为例,分析了欠发达地区科技创新存在的困难及其成因,提出了欠发达地区科技创新的发展思路。
Taking Yanggao County as the example, this paper analyzes the difficulties existing in sci-tech innovation of undeveloped area and the geneses of these difficulties, and advances some development ideas for undeveloped area to carry out sci-tech innovation.
