摘要
建立了企业员工培训效果评估指标体系,设计了培训效果综合评判模型。该模型先应用AHP—模糊综合评判法对培训即时效果做出评估,再利用统计分析模型对培训进行后评估,最后利用综合评判模型对培训总体效果进行综合评估。
This paper establishes the enterprise staff training effectiveness evaluation index system, and designs the comprehensive evaluation model of training effectiveness, by using which we assess the immediate effects of some training with AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model at first, and then we apply statistical analysis to judge the late effects of tracking assessment, and finally we make the overall effectiveness of the staff training with the comprehensive evaluation model.
