摘要
目的:建立通脉口服液中丹参有效成分的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对通脉口服液中的丹参进行定性鉴别,使用高效液相色谱法对其中的丹酚酸B进行含量测定。结果:丹参的定性鉴别专属性强。丹酚酸B检测浓度线性范围为1.4～8.4μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.64%,RSD=0.95%。结论:该制剂质量控制方法可靠。
Objective： To establish the quality control method for radix et rhizoma salviae mihiorrhizae of tongmai oral liquid in our study. Methods： Radix et rhizoma salviae mihiorrhizae was identified by TLC and the content of salvianolic acid B in the oral liquid was determined by HPLC. Result： Radix et rhizoma salviae mihiorrhizae showed good specificity in qualitation identification. The linear range of salvianolic acid B was 1.4 - 8.4μg· mL^-1 （ r = 0. 999 8）. The mean recovery was 99.64%, RSD =0.95%. Conclusion： The preparation technology is practicable and quality control method is reliable.
