摘要
目的:测定保健饮料粗多糖含量。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸法测定保健饮料中粗多糖含量。结果:最大吸收波长为485nm,粗多糖含量在0~0.1mg与吸光度有良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=4.628 2X-0.006 6,r= 0.9995,测得该保健饮料粗多糖含量约为44.85mg·(100mL)^(-1),回收率为97.57%,RSD=2.97%。结论:本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可控制保健饮料中粗多糖功效成分含量。
Objective: To detect the content of polysaccharides in the health drink. Methods: Phenylhydrate sulfuric acid method was used. Results: The maximum absorption wavelength was 485nm. Linear range was 0 -0. lmg ( Y= 4. 628 2X - 0. 006 6, r = 0. 999 5) . The polysaccharide content was 44.85mg· (100mL)^ -1. The average recovery was 97.57 % and RSD was 2.97 %. Conclusion: Improved Phenylhydrate sulfuric acid method was simple and accuracy. It can be used to determine polysaccharides in the health drink.
