摘要
以"超越三号"燃料电池轿车用牵引电机为例,提出一种适合薄壁定子铁心轭部结构的固有频率快速估算方法。运用ANSYS三维有限元软件,对样机定子的固有频率进行仿真计算。采用Bruel & Kjaer振动噪声分析系统对定子固有频率进行试验测试。实测结果验证了定子固有频率估算方法与有限元仿真计算的有效性和准确性。
As a sample example the traction machine of the fuel cell vehicle Exceeding Ⅲ was studied and a method for estimation of the natural frequencies of the stator with thin yoke structure was presented. The natural frequencies of the stator for a prototype machine were calculated by simulation with ANSYS 3D FE software. The natural frequencies were also measured in test with Bruel & Kjaer' s noise and vibration analysis device. The tested results verify the effectiveness and the accuracy of the estimation method and the 3D FE simulation ones.
