摘要
从全球价值链理论的角度出发,分析了中国地方产业低端嵌入全球价值链的风险。根据美泰事件案例分析了中国玩具企业从"低端嵌入"全球价值链可能带来的风险,并针对各类风险提出了相应的化解风险的对策。
This article from the point of view of global value chain theory,analyzes the risk of our local industries Low-end embedding into the global value chains. According to the case ＂Maytag incident＂ analyzes China＇s toy business ＂low-end embedded＂ global value chain may bring the risks, and then list the corresponding measures to resolve the risks for all types of risk.
