改革开放30年,中国正在逐步提高法治影响国家政治生活方式的程度,促进民主、尊重和保障人权,已经成为中国政治和法治的基本价值取向;发展政党政治、完善人民代表大会制度、建设法治政府、促进公正司法,以及保障人民参与,已经成为不能逆转的历史逻辑、现实选择和未来走向;中国法治需要借鉴世界法治经验,更需要一个中国过程,因而必然具有中国特征,中国特色法治将成为世界法治的重要组成部分。回顾改革开放30年中国法治的实践历程,总结法治建设的经验教训,概括出中国法治发展的一般规律,遵循这些规律推进法治进程,是中国法治持续发展的重要保障。

Reviewing the practice course of the role of law in the past three decades＇ reform and opening - up in China, summing up the experiences and lessons of the role of law construction, summarizing the general axioms of Chinese role of law development, following these axioms to promote the process of the role of law, that are the important guarantee for sustainable development of the role of law in China.
