摘要
介绍了由变频器来实现调速功能的三种控制方式,分析了采用通信控制方式时,利用现场总线的集中管理功能,通过远程的上位机编程,自动将每台变频器需要调整的参数进行统一设置和修改,避免了参数设置的遗漏和误操作。该变频器通信控制方式在生产应用中表明,使用效果良好。
Introduction was made to three kinds of control method by frequency converter to achieve speed regulation function, analyz- ing when in adoption of communication control method, to use the central managing function of field bus, via remote upper level machine programming, automatically carry out setting and amending the data of each set of converter which is needed to be adjusted in uniformity, to have avoided missing and maloperation of data setting. Application of the frequency converter communication method in production show that the use effect is good.
