不同染毒剂量百草枯中毒大鼠肾损伤病理表现 被引量:13

PATHOLOGICAL OBSERVATION OF THE POISONING EFFECTS OF PARAQUAT AT THE DIFFERENT DOSES ON THE KIDNEY OF RATS

摘要 目的观察并分析不同染毒剂量百草枯(paraquat,PQ)中毒大鼠肾组织病理表现。方法SD大鼠,腹腔注射不同剂量PQ,观察不同时间点肾组织病理表现。结果①各染毒组病理损伤在染毒后第1d即出现,皮质部近曲小管最常受累,同一染毒组在不同时间点病理损伤的严重程度无明显差别。②15mg/kg和20mg/kg染毒组可见皮质部小管上皮细胞肿胀,部分空泡变性。③35mg/kg染毒组皮质部小管上皮细胞细胞核固缩增多,上皮细胞结构消失,少数肾小球结构紊乱,髓质部小管细胞核固缩,管腔消失。25mg/kg和30mg/kg染毒组病理损伤程度介于上述两组之间。结论①PQ中毒肾损伤主要表现为上皮细胞变性、浊肿、部分坏死。②肾损伤程度与中毒剂量呈正相关。③随染毒剂量增大,病理损伤将延及肾脏的各个部分。 Objective To observe pathologically the poisoning effect of paraquat (PQ)at different doses on kidney of rats. Methods SD rats were exposured to PQ at different doses intraperitoneally, and pathological changes of kidney were observed at different time points. Results (1)First day after PQ treatment,renal pathological changes could he seen in all groups, proximal tubule at cortical most serevely involved. No significant differences could he found at different time point for each PQ dose group. (2)In group 15 mg/kg and group 20 mg/kg, tubular epithelial cells of cortical showed swelling, part of which became vacuole degeneration. (3) In group 35mg/kg, the karyopyknosis of the tubular epithelial cells of cortical increased. The structure of epithelium disappeared, that of glomcrulus disorganized and medulla were involved. In group 25 mg/kg and 30 mg/kg, severity of pathological changes were between that of group 20 mg/kg and group 35 mg/kg. Conclusion (1)The main pathological changes of kidney induced by PQ were epithelial swelling, vacuole degeneration and necrosis. (2) There was a positive correlation between pathological changes of kidney and the dose of PQ. (3) With the poisoning dose increasing, each part of kidney were involved.
