在没有测点实测值的情况下，如何布置测点，才能使得二阶平稳随机场上的最大估值方差极小化，本文就此建立了新的理论公式，提出了布置测点的新方法．这一方法也能有效地处理已有的测点测值。

Nanjing210098) Abstract For the purpose of minimizing the maximal Kriging variances in a second order field, this paper puts forward a new theoretic formula and a new method to locate the measuring points when practical measurements are absent. This method makes the existing measuring points ideal more useful for Kriging estimation.
