大咯血患者支气管动脉栓塞与支气管镜介入治疗的对照研究

Contrast analysis of bronchial artery embolization and bronchoscope interventional therapy for patients with massive hemoptysis

目的探讨大咯血行支气管动脉栓塞与支气管镜介入治疗的临床价值。方法对64例大咯血患者行支气管动脉栓塞或支气管镜介入治疗。结果支气管动脉栓塞组患者即刻止血率、临床治愈率、有效控制率、无效率分别为82．4％、88．2％、5．9％、5．9％，支气管镜介入止血治疗组则分别为53．3％、60．0％、26．7％、13．3％。结论支气管动脉栓塞较支气管镜介入止血具有止血效果迅速、明显、确切等优点。

Objective To investigate the value of bronchial artery embolization and bronchoscope interventional therapy for patients with massive hemoptysis. Methods Sixty-four patients with massive hemoptysis who had no effect with internal therapy were treated by bronchial artery embolization or bronchoscope interventional therapy. Results Rate of fast hemostasis,clinic cure,alleviation and inefficiency of patients with massive hemoptysis by bronchial artery embolization and bronchoscope interventional therapy were respectively 82.4 %,88.2%.0,5.9 %, 5.9 % and 53.3 %,60.0 %, 26.7 %. 13.3 %. Conclusions Assurance and speediness of patients with massive hemoptysis by bronchial artery embolization are significantly better than those by bronchoscope interventional therapy.
