摘要
深入探讨了凝冻灾害的成因,阐述了凝冻灾害下导致输电线路杆塔倒塌的多方面因素,对2008年初粤北地区出现的大面积输电线路倒塔事故的成因进行了详细、深入的分析和计算,指出坪石地区110kV坪江线、坪塘线、坪牵线、江塘线、江牵线倒塔的主要原因是杆塔转角过多和角度过大。提出了避免再次出现类似事故的办法和对策:重新规划不合理的线路走廊;对大跨越线路宜采用非自立杆塔;在线夹上装设滑动、脱扣装置,使覆冰时导线容易脱落而避免倒塔。
Based on the in-depth causal investigation into the icing disaster,multiple factors collapsing the iced transmission line supports are expounded,and the reasons for the extensive collapse of supports in north Guangdong,China in early 2008 are detailedly analyzed and calculated.It is indicated that the excessive number and magnitude of support angles is the main reason for the collapse of supports on several typical 110 kV lines in Pingshi area.To prevent recurrence of similar accidents,some countermeasures are presented,which include replanning unreasonable line corridors,using non-self-sustaining supports on large-span lines,and installing sliding and tripping devices on clamps to enable easy fall-off of iced conductors and prevent collapse of towers.
