摘要
从球面四杆机构的输入角与输出角的函数关系入手,借助傅立叶变换这一数学工具,发现了输入输出函数与基本尺寸型的关系。在此基础上建立了包含148995组曲柄摇杆机构和490545组双曲柄机构基本尺寸型的球面四杆机构输出函数特征参数的数值图谱库。通过建立的球面四杆机构输入输出函数的数值图谱库,实现了球面四杆机构的函数综合。为提高综合所得机构的精度,采用了遗传算法对综合结果进行了优化,并给出了相应的算例证明了本方法的有效性。
Based on the analysis of the function relation between input angle and output angle of the spherical fourbar linkages, the relation of the in-out function and the basic dimensional types are given by frequency analysis method. The numerical atlas database of the basic dimensional types comprising 148995 groups of crank and rocker mechanism and 490545 groups of double-crank mechanism is set up. The numerical atlas database of the in-out function of spherical four-bar linkages makes the function synthesis of the four-bar linkages possible. Genetic algorithms are adopted to improve the precision and to obtain the optimal solution. Finally, two examples are given to verify our method.
