摘要
利用灵敏度分析方法对汽车侧风稳定性的影响进了仿真研究。为了有效地进行参数的修改与优化设计,改善汽车的侧风稳定性,根据多体系统动力学及运动学理论,在ADAMS软件平台上建立了侧风环境下仿真所需要的整车多体动力学模型。运用析因试验设计方法,针对汽车阶跃阵风敏感性试验的响应特性,进行了某些结构参数灵敏度分析。仿真结果表明:整车质量、质心高度以及前、后悬架阻尼对汽车侧风响应敏感度影响较大。
The simulation of crosswind stability at high speed is presented based on sensitivity analysis. For optimi- zing design and improving erosswind stability, a multi-body vehicle dynamics model is established by the ADAMS software. Based on fractional factorial design theory, the crosswind sensitivity to the structural parameters of a vehicle is analyzed with step crosswind. The simulation results show that the crosswind sensitivity is greatly affected by the mass of the vehicle, the height of the mass center, and front and rear suspension damping.
