摘要
汽车结构性能依靠实验手段和研究人员的经验来实现是很困难的,有限元方法和软件技术在汽车结构分析中占据了非常重要的地位。本文以某越野车车架为例,利用Hyperworks建立以壳单元为基本单元的车架有限元网格模型,然后在Nastran软件下进行计算求解,得出与实验极为相符的车架在静态载荷下弯曲位移数值曲线图,为其结构的改进设计提供了理论依据。通过计算机仿真结果与试验结果的对比可以看出:此方法的高效和准确,可广泛应用于车架的结构设计工程。
Taking an off-road vehicle's frame as an example, we first establish a high-quality grid finite element model. Then we use the frame unit grid to diseretize the vehicle's frame, and connect the grid models of the assembly parts by the one-dimensional units. The Nastran solver is used to carry out stiffness analysis of the frame. An analytical model of the frame is built using Hyperworks by taking the shell unit as a basic unit. Simulation results with the above models are in good agreement with experimental results.
