摘要
在气体润滑轴承转子系统稳定性试验中,利用小波包分解,观察了不同频段内的位移振动信号的能量随时间的变化。根据半速涡动频率所在频带与工频所在频带的能量变化趋势,将碰摩过程分为3种状态:稳态,碰摩前的失稳状态和碰摩状态,并给出了碰摩过程状态变化的能量特征。
Based on wavelet packet decomposition and energy feature extraction, the energy variety of the vibration signal with time in different frequency bands is investigated in a stability experiment on a high speed rotor and gaslubricated bearings. The change of two frequency bands which contain gas whirl frequency and power frequency can present the process of the system's rub-impact, and the system experiences three states: stable state, gas whirl state, and rub-impact state. The energy feature of the rub-impact process is also given.
