摘要 目的:测试Luschka关节在仿生理状态脊柱功能单位(functiona lspinal unit,FSU)伸、屈活动时对下颈椎稳定性的影响。方法:自外伤致死新鲜尸体下颈段截取32个脊柱功能单位(FSU),随机抽样,将32个标本均分Ⅰ、Ⅱ两组,Ⅰ组切除双侧Luschka关节,Ⅱ组保留Luschka关节,两组标本分别进行力学测试,根据White下颈椎临床不稳诊断评分标准,研究Luschka关节对维持下颈椎稳定性影响。结果:Luschka关节具有限制椎体向侧方移位(P<0.05)及在下颈椎生理范围伸、屈活动时限制上椎体向侧方移位(P<0.05)和旋转(P<0.01)的作用。结论:Luschka关节对下颈椎稳定性有显著的影响,Luschka关节是下颈椎维持稳定的重要结构。 Objective: To test the effects of Luschka ankle on later spinal stability under the physiological conditions. Methods: This experiment had used thirty-two functional spinal units(FSU) which come from sixteen two specimens died of trauma. Abstract randomly, thirty-two specimens were divided into two groups.The group I was removed bilateral Luschka ankles, the group 11 was retained Luschka ankles. The two groups were tested by biomechanics. According to White of later spine clinical instability diagnosis standard score, the effects of Luschka ankle on later spinal stability had been studied.Results:Luschka ankle could limit spine move to lateral distance. It could also limit the last spine move to two sides and rotary when later spine contracted and extended under the physiological conditions. Conclusion:Luschka ankle has significant effect on later spinal stability. Luschka ankle is an important structure involved in later spinal stability.
