摘要
综合分析了我国第三方物流（TPL）与电子商务（EC）的现状和存在的问题，在简要介绍智能运输系统（ITS）的基础上，首次提出基于ITS和EC的第三方智能物流系统的概念，并对该系统的结构进行了设计。
This paper analyses present situation and existing problem about third party logistics and E -commerce in China, and introduces intelligent transportation system briefly. On this foundation, this paper for the first time puts forward the concept of third party intelligent logistics system based on ITS and EC, and makes design for the structure of system.
