摘要
从长江洪水系统的特点出发,将该系统分解成3个目标明确的子系统,以子系统2为中心,建立了长江上中游防洪系统模糊优化调度模型,并提出了三峡水库洪水调度方案生成方法.以几个典型洪水年对模型及软件系统进行了模拟运行。
Based on the characteristics of the Yangtze River′s flood and the principle of fuzzy theory,fuzzy optimal model used for the flood control system of upper and middle reaches of this river is established.The system is divided into three subsystems with special flood control objectives.The Three Gorges Reservoir plays important role in the system.A method for producting flood operation alternatives of the Three Gorges Reservoir is presented.Finally,the model and software system are demonstrated with three typical historical floods.The results show that the model is effective and flexible.
