摘要 目前我国普通高校体育教师评聘制度存在众多问题:评价模式单一;重视高校体育教师的科研能力,忽视他们的教学能力和专业素养;忽略普通高校体育教师从事公共体育教学的特殊性,进而滋生出众多腐败现象。认为必须改革目前我国高校体育教师的评聘制度,扩大学校在职称评聘上的"自主权",以人为本,建立健全一套适合普通高校体育教师的评聘制度,并完善其评价体系。 There are a lot of problems in the common college physical education teacher evaluation and employment system in China today: the evaluation mode is undiversified; scientific research ability of college physical education teachers is valued, but their teaching ability and professional capacity are ignored; the specificity of the engagement of common college physical education teachers in public physical education teaching is neglected, which results in many signs of corruption. The author put forward the following countermeasures: the common college physical education teacher evaluation and employment system in China today must be reformed; the "autonomy" of institutes of higher learning for job title evaluation should be extended; an evaluation and employment system suitable for common college physical education teachers should be established and completed in a people orientated manner, and its evaluation system should be perfected.
