高校体育是学校体育的最后一个阶段,而且学生求学的专业和未来的职业要求不同对高校体育教学提出了新的挑战。高校体育应加强职业实用性体育教学内容的探索与实践。根据各职业类型的要求尝试构建了有针对性的体育教学内容,强调职业实用性体育应该突出实用性、合理性、终身性。

Since that college physical education is at the last stage of scholastic physical education, and that student＇s majors and future occupation requirements are different, a new challenge has been issued for college physical education teaching. For college physical education, the exploration and practice of occupationally practical physical education teaching contents should be strengthened. According to the requirements of various types of occupation, the author established action-specific physical education teaching contents, and emphasized that occupationally practical physical education should highlight its practical, rational and lifetime characteristics.
