摘要
目前我国高校高水平运动队的发展受到缺乏高水平运动员、教练员业务水平及专职化程度偏低、场地设施和训练经费严重不足、参赛机会少、管理不规范等的制约。认为:运动员选拔,应改革现有机制、突显精英选拔;运动队管理,应充分发挥大学生体协的作用、强化管理,完善运动队内部管理体制,并建立健全各种规章制度;教练员任免、选拔方面,应实现选拔途径多样化,外聘与培养相结合,近期与长期相结合;训练经费要多元化、制度化,竞赛机制必须与国家竞技体育接轨。
At present, the development of high performance college sports teams in China is restricted by such factors as the lack of high performance athletes, low professional performance of coaches, low degree of full time employment of coaches, serious deficiency of playground facilities and training funds, few chances to competition participation, and nonstandard management, and put forward the following opinions: in terms of athlete screening, the existing mechanism should be reformed, and elite screening should be highlighted; in terms of sports team management, the functions of college student sports associations should be fully exerted, the management should be intensified, the internal sports team management mechanism should be perfected, and various rules and regulations should be established or completed; in terms of coach screening, hiring and firing, the ways for screening should be diversified, external hiring should be combined with internal cultivation, and near term objectives should be combined with long term objectives; training funds should be raised from multiple channels and institutionalized, and the competition mechanism must fit into national competitive sports.
