纺织品耐摩擦色牢度是重要的检测指标,各国的标准和测试方法有一些差异,而不同的测试方法对测试结果有一定的影响,为了解不同测试方法测试结果的相关性,以避免贸易摩擦。本文比较了耐洗色牢度的我国国标(GB/T3920-1997)、美国染色家和化学家协会标准(AATCC TM61-2003)、日本标准工业协会标准(JIS L0844-1996)等3个标准有关纺织品耐洗涤色牢度测试方法的差异。通过对相同试样的3种测试方法的测试,探讨了评定值之间的相互关系。结果表明,3种耐洗涤色牢度测试方法对于相同织物,相同温度的测试结果是有差异的,JIS方法的沾色稍严重,AATCC方法的变色稍显严重,GB方法的变色和沾色都介于以上两者之间。

Textile colorfastness to laundering is very important. There are differences among test methods of different countries, and test results are influenced by different test methods, in order to avoid the＂trade rubs＂ among different countries, it is necessary to know the correlation among test results of different test methods. In this paper, Chinese GB （ GB/T 3921.1-5 1997）, AATCC （AATCC TM 61-2003） and JIS （JIS L 0844 - 1996） test methods of colorfastness to laundering were introduced, the main differences among these three test methods were compared, correlation of evaluation among them were also discussed. Test results show that there are differences among three test methods for the same sample at the same temperature, JIS is the worst for staining, AATCC is the worst for color change, and GB is in between for staining and color change.
