薄荷烷基氯制备研究

由于国内未见左旋薄荷烷基氯成品的研究报道,为此本文采用lucas试剂法,以左旋薄荷醇为原料对左旋薄荷烷基氯进行了合成研究。研究结果显示,采用该方法制备的左旋薄荷烷基氯产品为无色无味的透明液体,沸点,收率84.82%,比旋光度[α]D20=-44.49°。把该方法制得的薄荷烷基氯,用于新型生理清凉剂N-乙基-对-薄荷烷-3-羧酰胺的合成实验,取得了良好效果。

There is no investigative report of L-menthyl chlorium finished product in domestic. In this study we synthesize menthyl chlorium with menthol as material by means of lucas reagent. It shows that the finished product of L-menthyl chlorium in such way is colourless and insipid hyalo-liquid. The yield of the productis 84. 82% with -44. 49° of the specific rotation. The product in this study has good result in synthesizing of N-ethyl-para-menthane-3-carboxamide, a neotype physio-algefacient.
