摘要
为了提高控制系统的抗干扰性和节省安装和维修成本,根据工艺要求和PROFI-BUS DP、PROFIBUS PA总线的特征,本文设计了基于PROFIBUS总线的控制系统。并详细阐述了控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计。结果表明,现场总线的应用提高了控制系统的抗干扰性,并保证了污水处理系统稳定、安全运行。
In order to improve anti-jamming character of the control system and economize the cost of fixing and maintenance, according to requirements of the process and PROFIBUS DP. PROFIBUS PA Fieldbus characteristics, the control system is designed based on PROFIBUS Fieldbus. The paper expatiates on hardware and software of the control system. Application of Fieldbus improves anti-jamming character of the control system and realizes security and stabilization on the sewage process system.
