摘要
根据三维热传导理论,利用结构有限元分析软件MIDAS/Civil对承台大体积混凝土施工过程的温度场进行了全过程仿真分析,考虑了冷却水管的作用。分析了由水化热引起的承台内部应力、中心温度随时间变化规律,提出了控制水化热温度及温度应力的合理建议。
Based on the theory of 3-Dimensional heat transfer, this paper performs simulation analysis on massive concrete hydration heat temperature field of bridge platform by means of MIDAS/Civil in view of application of pipe cooling, and discusses principles of the strain and center temperature change led by the hydration heat, meanwhile, puts forward some rational suggestions of control hydration heat and temperature strain.
