摘要
论述了农村道路交通的现状，分析了农村道路交通存在的安全问题及事故成因，提出了道路交通安全的政策和技术对策。
The paper expounds the current situation of rural road traffic, analyzes the problems existing in the rural road traffic safety and the cause of accidents, finally puts forwards policies of traffic safety and technical countermeasures.
