为适应交通运输业的发展需要，在阐述陕西省公路交通运输业现状及特征的基础上，分析了陕西省公路交通运输业向服务业转型所面临的问题，并提出了陕西省公路交通运输业向服务业转型的对策及措施。

LI Sheng-lin, Minister of Ministry of Communications suggests that traffic should be transformed to modem service industry from conventional industry in the national conference in 2007. Therefore, in order to meet with the requirement of transport development, the paper analyses the problems that will be confronted with and presents countermeasures in transition from transportation industry to modem service industry based on the current situation and characteristic of transportation industry in Shaanxi.
