哒螨灵在蔬菜上残留的气相色谱法测定 被引量:11

摘要 采用气相色谱法分析哒螨灵在蔬菜上的残留量,样品经乙腈提取,石油醚:丙酮(9︰1V/V)混合液洗脱,弗罗里硅土柱层析净化后,以DB-1701毛细管柱,GC-ECD测定,外标法定量。该方法快速、准确,方法的在0.01~1.0mg/kg范围内,线性方程Y=4941.8X+45.8,相关系数(r2)0.9994;最小检出量为0.01ng,最低检出浓度0.005mg/kg,平均添加回收率为86.3%~93.9%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~5.9%。 A method for determination of pyridaben residue in vegetables by gas chromatography was described. Samples were extracted with acetonitrile, followed by partitioning (petroleum ether:acetone=9:1) and clean-up in an florisil column.Analysis was then done by GC-ECD with a DB-1701 capillary column.The method was fast and accurate. The results showed that the linear correlation was 0.999 4, the linearity equation was Y=4 941.8X+45.8 in the range of O.Ol-l.OOmg/L, the average recoveries were 86.3%-93.9%, the coefficients of varation were 1.3%-5.9%, the limit of detection was 1.0 ×10^-12g, and the minimum determination concentration was 0.005mg/kg.
