近年来海洋环境日益恶化,渔业资源逐步退化,渔民收入、增收存在一定的困难。面对这一问题,澳大利亚建立了海洋公园并对其进行分区管理,虽然减少了捕捞收入,但是保护了海洋环境,促进了海洋旅游业的发展,增加了旅游业相关收入,使得当地渔民总体收入增加,这一方法较好的解决了环境保护与经济发展的矛盾,对我国促进渔民增收有很好的借鉴作用。

Nowadays with the decrease of the marine fishery resource, the issue becomes more and more serious how to effectively increase the income of the fisher folk. The Australian marine park are carrying on an zone plan, which develops commercial activity on the basis of protecting marine environment and biology. It decreased the income of fishery but increased relevant income on tourism. Thus the total income of local fishers is increasing. It is a better way to solve the conflict of environment-protection and economic-development. It is worth learning.
