p16和p53蛋白在儿童非霍奇金淋巴瘤的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨儿童非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)抑癌基因p16和p53蛋白的表达及其与NHL的关系。方法用免疫组织化学S-P法检测46例儿童NHL患者和12例对照组儿童病理组织中p16和p53蛋白的表达。结果NHL患儿p16蛋白阳性表达率为32.6%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),p53蛋白阳性表达率为19.6%,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);p16蛋白阳性率与NHL患者的多位点淋巴结外侵犯、血清LDH增高呈负相关(P<0.05),与病理高度恶性、临床分期晚、B状态呈非常明显负相关(P<0.01);p53蛋白的表达与NHL病理分类及临床特征间均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论儿童NHL患者p16、p53蛋白表达率较低,p16蛋白阴性表达与儿童NHL患者的不良预后有关。 Objective To investigate the expressions of two tumor suppressor genes, p16 and p53, and their between them and non-Hodgldn lymphoma (NHL) in childhood. Methods Forty-six cases of NHL were ertroUed in this study as patient group and 8 cases of lymphadenitis as control group, Immunohistochemical S-P assay was used to detect the protein expressions of p16 and p53 in pathological tissues in all cases. Results The rate of positive expression of p16 protein was 32. 6% ,which was significantly different as compared to that of control group (P 〈0.01 ). The rate of positive expression of p53 was 19. 6%, which was not different compared to control group (P 〉 0. 05 ). The relationship analysis among subgroups in the patient group showed that expression of p16 protein was significandy interrelatied to the involving extranodal sites and raised serum LDH (P 〈0.05) ,and remarkable significant interrelation to the high grade of pathologic classifications,clinical stage and B status (P〈0.01). However,expression of p53 protein did not correlated with classifications (P〉0.05). Conclusion The rates of expression of p16 and p53 were quite low. The negative expression of p16 relates to the poor prognosis of the patients with childhood NHL.
