老年冠心病患者302例血脂和血尿酸水平变化的临床观察

摘要 目的探讨老年冠心病患者血脂和血尿酸水平的变化。方法60岁以上的老年冠心病患者302例,60岁以上正常对照组65例,比较两组间的血脂和血尿酸水平。结果冠心病组TC、TG、LDL-C及血尿酸水平比正常对照组明显增高,HDL-C水平比正常对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论老年冠心病患者血尿酸和血脂水平明显增高。
