摘要
高速钢刀具由于具有高的耐磨性和一定的强韧性,在切削加工中得到广泛应用。为了保证和加强高速钢刀具的性能从装卡、预热、加热、冷却、回火等五个环节对高速钢刀具的热处理工艺过程进行了分析,指出了各个环节控制要点,以达到满足其技术要求和使用性能的目的。
High-speed steel tool bits are widely used in machining because of its high wearing resistance and toughness.In order to guarantee its performance,this paper analyzed the heat treatment machining process from five aspects:fix,preheat,heat,cool and backfire.h put forward the key points in each circle,to meet technical requirements and service performance.
