我国节水型灌溉农业综述

Comments on Water Saving Irrigation Agriculture in China

我国水资源人均亩均占有水平均很低，水土资源分布组合极不合理，水资源污染严重，农业灌溉用水量大且浪费严重（灌溉用水占我国总用水量的８０％）。现有的农业节水灌溉措施主要有：制定科学的灌溉制度和灌水定额；开展渠道防渗，提高渠系水利用系数；采用先进的田间灌水技术以及综合措施节水技术。

Water resources shortage has become a key constraint affecting the development of the national economy in China.Water saving has become the responsibility of the whole society.Irrigation occupies an important place in China's agricultural production.lrrigation water takes up 80% of the total consumption of water in China.Water saving has great potentialities.In this paper,the present situation,trend,existing problems and tasks of water saving irrigation technology in China are introduced.
