摘要
员工是企业生存与发展的根本,是企业最重要的财富。就如何为员工的成长和实现自身价值创造条件,增强员工对企业的满意度,为使员工与企业融为一体进行了初步探讨,提出了完善薪酬体系、建立沟通机制、搭建员工发展平台、推行人性化管理等方面的建议。
Stuff is the root for enterprises to survive and develop, and is the most important wealth. This paper, basing on how to help stuff make progress and realise self-value, how to increase their satisfaction, and how to make them get involved in bussiness and feel at home, put forward some suggestions on completing salary system, setting up communication mechanisme, building a olafform for ituff to make progress, and promting humanizing management.
